MODEM LEASE AGREEMENT
The modem lease agreement is for 24 consecutive months. Exiting the lease agreement prior to this may result in subsequent charges. When leased equipment is returned to BuyComcast.com prior to maturation of lease agreement, a penalty fee of $49.95 will occur.
